從8月開始，主辦單位邀請多位設計師及藝術家，包括國際知名設計師陳永基、國際藝術家Michael Vincent Manaloa、新生代傑出工藝設計師周育潤、新銳設計師吳宜紋、臺中藝術家彭譯毅及在地文創工作者莊騏鴻等，前往清水眷村文化園區進行駐村創作，並辦理設計師工作營，帶領學生就地取材，創作裝置藝術作品，用現地素材創造，融入眷村環境，展現特殊美感。
